The Everon is depicted with a large and bulky profile similar to the Caracara 4x4, featuring a large bumper with a trapezium intake spanning about two thirds of the truck's width, along with two small sections with silver surrounding and unusable circular fog lamps. The headlights seem to be a mix of the Isuzu and the third-generation Toyota RAV4, while the taillights may have been inspired by the ones found on the third-generation Ram pickups. The Everon's front fascia also takes influence from the second-generation Isuzu D-Max however, the front bumper seems to be influenced by the third-generation Nissan Navara.
Judging by its appearance, the Everon is an imitation of the Toyota Hilux Arctic Truck, one re-engineered from a seventh-generation Toyota Hilux by Arctic Trucks, as seen by its extended fender flares and 37-inch tires as per its description. 7.1 GTA Online: The Diamond Casino Heist.
